Requirements:
- Maintain office areas, hallways, rest rooms, or other similar areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Sweep, mop, or scrub hallways or office areas.
- Empty trash in garbage containers.
- Clean dust and dirt from ceiling, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures using long handled brush and vacuum cleaner.
- Maintain custodial equipment in safe working order.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Core Competencies:
- Ability to work within prescribed quality and quantity standards.
- Knowledge of proper use of custodial equipment and chemicals.
- Understanding of general custodial techniques and procedures.
