Team Leader
Assists in supervising store and Donation Center operations, including product rotation, training and coaching of employees; ensures production standards and customer satisfaction levels are met to achieve revenue goals.

Store Intern (Supervisor Intern-Retail)
Assists with cash control, store presentation, stock rotation, collection and production of donate goods; assists with reporting, resource utilization and human resource activities; successfully completes all phases of Internship Program, to include Supervisor Training and formal education as a full time student.

Retail Coordinator
Provides coaching and training for employees and supervises store and Donation Center operations. Ensures satisfaction levels for donors and customers are consistently met to achieve established revenue goals.

Assistant Manager – Store
Provides leadership and training for store employees and supports the store manager in all aspects of the daily operation. Acts as a driving force in achieving established revenue goals and focuses on quality improvements that provide amazing shopper and donor experiences.

Assistant Manager - Production
Provides leadership and training for store employees and supports the store manager in all aspects of the daily operation. Acts as a driving force in achieving established revenue goals and focuses on quality improvements that provide amazing shopper and donor experiences.
