Easter Table

Posted by Jamie Klinger-Krebs on Mar 28, 2013 10:24:00 AM

055Easter Sunday, another occasion to gather your family around the table. I know the day gets hectic, so I always set the table the day before any party. It’s one last thing to worry about when guests descend on your house.

1.) I found a pink and orange polka dot shower curtain to use as a table cover ($3.99). The square pink chargers add a touch of shine ($.99 each).

2.)Gather holiday accessories like copper molds ($.49 each) and cookie cutters. The center piece is a depression era pink dish with eggs and a candle.

3.) Shred pages from an old book to make a nest for Easter eggs. You know me; I love lots of layers on the table.

4.) I also like contrast. The napkins ($3.99 for four) bring in shades of blue. Fold them accordion style and hold the shape together with a paper clip. That way no one has to bother with knots.
