Anyone throwing a party knows how much the plates, napkins and other serveware can cost. Especially if you’re doing a themed party and want to have a cute, matched set. Since I always see packs of napkins at my local Goodwill Store & Donation center, along with stamps, I thought I would combine them in this fun DIY!

I’ve said it before (you know this if you’ve read my past blogs) and I’ll say it again… sewing is not my friend. It’s just not something that I enjoy. Maybe because I don’t really know how to do it. Who’s with me on this one?! That being said, when I spotted this dress at Goodwill there were just too many things I loved about it to not take the opportunity to upcycle it.

Jars-a-plenty can be found at each Goodwill Store & Donation Center. From mason jars, to canning jars and everything in between, there’s a size or jar for all your needs. I wanted to give some jars a fun upgrade to use in my son’s nursery.

We love craft projects that are unique, fun and allow the kids to get involved. This one meets all those requirements. And it’s super simple, which makes it a must-have! Goodwill is a great place to find colorful arrays of men’s ties, but save the suited look for later, because we’re transferring the tie to your Easter eggs!
