Hello, Goodwill shoppers!
My name is Laura and I’m the Fashionable Fox! I’m a college student in the suburbs of Chicago keeping it fashionable while I earn my degree. I’m beyond excited to be a guest blogger for AmazingGoodwill.com! If you visit my blog (www.thefashfoxx.blogspot.com), you’ll notice my posts provide advice and inspiration to fellow fashionistas about staying stylish without breaking your budget.
Goodwill is my number one destination for shopping. I’ve found so many great clothing and accessory items there, and I’m excited to keep sharing them with all of you! The outfit I’m breaking down in this post is perfect for late fall, before the season comes to a close. I’ve put together a look that’s casual, trendy and refuses to make your wallet feel too light.
You can never have enough neutral colors and basic pieces, especially in the fall and winter. This soft gray Target tee I found for $2.99 and my black Old Navy jeans can be paired with almost anything.. The crowd stealer of this outfit is the jacket. This Free People green military jacket with printed sleeves was an awesome $7.99 find that had me jumping for joy! It was just waiting on the return rack for me to find it!
Military jackets are a popular trend this season and this one really shakes things up with the patterned arms. My tan Sam and Libby lace-up boots and mustard H&M suede bag, both $4.99 treasures, complete this look. Suede is another trend-in-demand, and this bag is perfect for school. I really felt unstoppable walking around campus in this look. These pieces put together are casual, comfortable and extra budget-friendly.
Be sure to check out the jacket and suit sections at your local Goodwill. I always find the best pieces hidden in the racks there during the fall and winter!
Until next time, shop smart and stay stylish!
