The primary responsibilities of the Retail Regional Manager include:
Provide strategic management direction and support to Goodwill’s retail store operations within assigned store and territory to advance the Goodwill mission and brand. Meet established revenue goals, while optimizing the level of production within budgeted expense levels of assigned stores.
Directly responsible for area budget of 8 to 16 million dollars revenue
