DIY Pet Toy

Find me on:

DIY Pet ToyDon’t forget Spot and Fluffy this summer when you’re shopping at Goodwill! (Do people still give their pets traditional, old-fashioned names?)

This t-shirt pull toy is perfect for any active puppy or kitten. Since Goodwill is loaded with t-shirts; you can make one in every color of the rainbow. They’re machine washable and when they get too ratty, simply make a new one.

I cut 1½ - 2 inch strips from the back of a red and blue t-shirt.

Gently braid three strips then braid those three lengths together. Wrap a couple loose pieces around the ends and tie in a tight knot.

That’s it! Easy-peasy, inexpensive and colorful. As an interior designer, I would choose tees in colors to match my room décor! (Too much?)
