I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas holiday! Like many families, we celebrate for days. Our parties continue through January 1 (my birthday falls between Christmas and New Year).
Whether you’re having a blowout party or a quiet evening at home, create a special centerpiece for your New Year’s dinner or appetizer table.
I started with a gold frame from Goodwill ($2.99). I stamped 2013 on silver paper, but you could add an old photo or write your wishes for the new year.
Remember the anniversary clock displays I showed you a few weeks ago? Not one to throw anything away, I set all the clock faces to a couple minutes to midnight and arranged them around the frame.
Add candles, baubles, gold trees and whatever you can borrow from your Christmas decorations to help ring in the New Year in glamorous style.
I’ve enjoyed sharing projects with you this year and look forward to 2013. We have lots of exciting and fun things to share with you next year.
Happy New Year!
