Being a small part of a giving community is one of the wonderful things I like about being involved with Goodwill throughout the years. One of our biggest supporters and promotional partners here in Southeastern Wisconsin is the Bon-Ton Stores. Their corporate offices are located in downtown Milwaukee, and they are the parent company for Younkers, Boston Store and Carson Pirie Scott.  In conjunction with Goodwill, they help promote donations at their stores during the Goodwill Sale. In doing so, they generously help us increase funds that help support our mission of helping individuals in need of job training right here in our area. At their Brookfield location, the fashion giant also produces a fashion event for the public introducing new looks and styles for the season ahead. I was there bright and early on March 19th armed with my camera so I could  share with you the experience of an in-store fashion show with top-notch models and tons of style ideas!  Take a look at my runway shots and you’ll get a clear picture of spring and summer fashion trends! The Goodwill Sale from Bon-Ton began March 9th and ran through March 26th. During that time customers received a Goodwill Sale coupon for every item they donated at any Boston Store, Younkers or Carson Pirie Scott location. Customers who donate at our Goodwill Store & Donation Centers during the Goodwill Sale also receive Goodwill Sale coupons valid for purchases at Boston Store, Younkers or Carson’s. Look for the next Goodwill Sale event coming up this fall!
