Charley is the picture of spring in this floral dress with empire waist. It was just $5.99 and is done in a wonderful multi-color print by Bonnie Jean. A girl of any age should have a couple of go-to dresses like this one when special occasions require a little more than a t-shirt and jeans. That doesn’t mean however that you can’t make it less fussy. By using Charley’s own brown leather sandals that have a more rustic quality, we’ve taken away the “precious” little girl vibe, and gone for more of a fashion-forward young lady confident look.
