Dark Denim Skinny Jeans

Kim also shows us the power of a monochromatic outfit. Layering was started with Kim's favorite item, her dark washed denim skinny jeans. From the Icon Collection, a long sleeved black rayon top was belted with a sparkly beaded sash for added impact. Because the weather is now cool, Bjorn used a spectacular vintage Oleg Cassini navy wool coat that has a fur stand up collar to top it off. Accessories were kept to a minimum with Worthington earrings with a black and silver drop, as well as a bracelet in silver with mother of pearl circle detail. Kim's own black strappy open toed pumps add just the right touch to keep the outfit classy and not too casual. It's always a great idea to go with all one tone for an outfit, as long as there is a variety in texture and proportion. Bjorn says, "It's okay to pair navy and black, because the navy adds a softening effect to the harshness of the black, but keeps the sophistication level high!" Kim looks awesome and could easily take this look out for dinner or a night on the town.
