While visiting the South Elgin in Illinois store in January, Dorothy found a cute baby seal figurine in the Christmas section. It was $.99. Her husband said that she was crazy to buy it since it was after christmas but it was so cute, it went in their cart. Dorothy brought it home and found out it was from the Christmas Animal Collection by Tom Rubel and was a rare piece. Worthpoint had it at $99 and one sold for over $100 on eBay!
