Who Can Enter:

• Contestants must be legal residents of Southeastern Wisconsin (Counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Fond du Lac, Rock, Dodge, Walworth, Washington, Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Green Lake, Jefferson, Racine & Kenosha) or Metropolitan Chicago (Counties: Lake, DuPage, Cook, Kane, Iroquois, Kankakee, Ford, Vermilion, Kendall & Will).
• Employees of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago (“Sponsor”), and the immediate family members of those employees are ineligible.
• Grand Prize:
• One-of-a-kind, royal blue Jessica McClintock vintage prom dress embellished by our Goodwill Fashion Expert & Designer Bjorn Nasett (Original Value: $120.00). Size 6.

How You’ll Enter:

Stop by our Retique store at 190 N. Broadway, Milwaukee, WI or visit AmazingGoodwill.com/prom-dress-contest. Complete and submit the hard copy entry form (at the store) or the online entry form.

Entries will be accepted March 18, 2015-April 1, 2015 only.

Rules & Guidelines:

• Must be between 14-20 years of age to enter.
• One entry per person.
• No purchase necessary.
• The winner will be selected by judges appointed for the purpose by Goodwill Industries. Their decision is final.
• Goodwill Industries reserves the right not to select a winner if, in its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.
• Dress is located at our Retique Store on 190 N. Broadway in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Winner must travel at his/her own expense to pick up the dress and be willing to participate in photo opportunity. Dress must be picked by between April 2, 2015-April 10, 2015.
