Goodwill offers our Amazing Looks. Our fashion expert, Bjorn has pulled together fantastic combinations using clothing and accessories from our Goodwill Store & Donation Centers, as well as some of our models' favorite items.

Joanie's Favorite Item:
Forever 21 Teardrop Crystal Earrings
"I was shopping at Forever 21 in Chicago with my daughter, and I spotted the earrings. I loved them and had to buy them.”
Joanie is wearing a great evening look, perfect for a wedding or party! Bjorn chose this deep navy blue dress because of the draping and the asymmetrical hemline. It is simple, classy and flattering with just the smallest of spaghetti straps that make it feel ethereal. Using Joanie’s own crystal teardrop earrings as a start, he added a multi-strand gold and silver chain necklace that would echo the drape of the bodice, some gold bangles and some wonderful silver leather pumps by Pierre Dumas.
To complete the evening look, he added a blue satin handbag to hold anything she might need. This look says elegant and just a little sexy.

Stephanie's Favorite Item:
Black necklace
"It's a statement piece. I love to wear it out because people always ask me about it.”
Stephanie is wearing a sophisticated layered look that all started with her favorite item: a floating black necklace. It was so delicate that Bjorn decided to layer some lightweight tank tops in silk. The bottom tank is ivory with lace from Banana Republic. The floral print on top is by BCBG and has flutter sleeves where the sleeve splits on the arm to softly “flutter” as a lady walks. To add a little toughness to all the silk, Bjorn paired them with a leather mini by Cedars.
To elongate Stephanie’s already miles-long legs, he used Michael Antonio sky high strappy sandals in light blue and purple. The other accessories include piling on black bracelets and some pretty black beaded earrings. In this outfit, we see a good balance between the use of black and prints. The lightness of the silk fabrics balances the heaviness of the leather skirt, and the pastel heels balance the heavier jewelry. If she had worn black heels we’d have a completely different outfit. Remember, things should “go together” not “match.”
