PRIZE CONTEST RULES
Who Can Enter
1. Contestants must be legal residents of southeastern Wisconsin, within the Fox 6 viewing area, who are 18 years of age or older, own a home or condominium and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

2. Employees of Fox Television Stations Inc, Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Brewers (collectively, “Sponsors”), their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
 
How to Enter
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per household. The giveaway begins at 5AM CT on Monday, April 21, 2008 and all entries must be received by 11:59PM CT on Wednesday, May 21, 2008.

2. To enter, contestants must submit a photo of the rec room they want to be decorated and written explanation, of any length, of why they want to win. Submissions can be made via email to recroomredo@goodwillsew.com or can be mailed to Rec Room Redo contest c/o Goodwill Industries, 1400 Nike Drive, Waukesha, WI 53186. Copies of rules and guidelines can also be picked up at any Goodwill Store. Sponsors reserve the right to run a background check on winners before prize is awarded. Contestants must include their name, mailing address, daytime phone and email address along with the address of the home to be decorated. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsors of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. By entering, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges.

3. Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.

4. One grand prize winner, ten second place winners and fifteen third place winners will be selected from among the contestants by a judging committee consisting of representatives of the Sponsors. Winners will be identified based on the overall submission, need and design opportunity. Sponsors have the right to disqualify a winner as a result of the background check or other conditions specified above and to select an alternate winner. If no submissions are selected to be redecorated, in lieu of the redecorating portion of the Grand Prize described below, Sponsors will randomly select one person to receive a $1,000 gift certificate valid at any Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center in southeastern Wisconsin.

5. Selection of Grand Prize winner will also be subject to and contingent on the ability of Fox 6 to park a news truck at the winner’s home location and to receive a live broadcast signal from that location. If unable to do so, an alternate winner may be selected.

The Prize(s)
1. Grand Prize winner will receive the service of redecorating the rec room in the house they own, that was identified in the contestant’s application. The redecorating service will include up to $1,000 in items from selected Goodwill Stores in southeastern Wisconsin, the services of a professional designer who will design and implement the redecoration of the room and Milwaukee Brewers memorabilia for use in the room. The new rec room will be revealed on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 live during the Fox 6 Wake Up News. No changes from this date will be permitted and the inability of any winner to accommodate this schedule will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be required to provide access to the room in advance of the broadcast date as some work may need to be performed before June 11, 2008. Removal of any existing or unused furnishing is the responsibility of the winners. Prize winner will also receive one VIP Experience for 6 guests on one mutually agreed upon game date. Total value of the prize is $2000.

2. Ten second place winners shall receive two Field Outfield Box seats vouchers to one 2008 Milwaukee Brewers home game, retail value $36 per ticket. Fifteen third place winners shall receive two Outfield Box seat vouchers to one 2008 Milwaukee Brewers home game, retail value $26 each. The game dates shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties; blackout dates may apply, as determined at the sole discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club.

3. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone on Thursday, May 22, 2008 and announced on air during the Fox 6 Wake Up News. Second and third place winners will be notified via email. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release, provided by Fox 6, within 3 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner to be selected by the Sponsors. Sponsors have the right to disqualify a winner as a result of the background check or other conditions specified above and to select an alternate winner.

4. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

5. The winners are responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

6. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered.

Odds of Winning; Miscellaneous
1. Odds of winning depend on the valid number of entries received.

2. These giveaway rules are available at http://www.amazingoodwill.com and Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WITI, 9001 N. Green Bay Road, Milwaukee, WI 53209 through May 21, 2008.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after May 22, 2008 to: WITI, 9001 N. Green Bay Road, Milwaukee, WI 53209.

4. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.

5. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsors’ use of entrants’ personal information as described in each respective Sponsors’ Privacy Policy statement.
