Redemption Directions for the WUSN’s Goodwill Jason Aldean Donation Redemption:

To participate in the Gift with Donation (“Offer”) and to receive a pair of tickets to see Jason Aldean in concert on August 27, 2011 at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, IL, you must visit any of the Chicagoland participating Goodwill store (listed in Appendix A) during the Offer Dates and donate one (1) bag of clothing. After making a donation, you will receive an official Goodwill Redemption Voucher, available at participating Goodwill store locations while supplies last. Completely fill out your Goodwill Redemption Voucher and mail it to WUSN Goodwill Jason Aldean Promotion; 180 N. Stetson, Suite 1000; Chicago, IL 60601. Donations must be made at participating Goodwill locations on or after August 1, 2011 ( Goodwill Redemption Vouchers will be accepted). WUSN-FM will fulfill redemption requests on a first-received basis while supplies last, or through August 18, 2011.

All Goodwill Redemption Vouchers must be received by 5:00pm CT on August 18, 2011 regardless of the date of postmark to be honored.

WUSN-FM is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late Goodwill Redemption Vouchers. No name and address labels or photocopies will be accepted.

Participation Restrictions

Goodwill Redemption Vouchers may be found at participating stores in Illinois. Offer is open while supplies last to residents of Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Goodwill, WUSN, CBS Radio Inc. of Chicago, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Offer Entities”) and members of their immediate families are ineligible. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited.

General Conditions

A limited number of first donors, who submit an eligible and complete Goodwill Redemption Vouchers will qualify for two (2) tickets to see Jason Aldean live in concert on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 7:00pm CT at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at 19100 S. Ridgeland Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, 60477. Goodwill Redemption Vouchers and requests for tickets will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received. WUSN will mail tickets to the address listed on the Goodwill Redemption Voucher. Tickets shall be non-exchangeable, and no substitutions will be permitted except at the sole discretion of the Offer Entities. Requests will be honored based upon availability. Offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The two (2) tickets have a total approximate retail value of $61.00. No more than two (2) tickets will be provided per Goodwill Redemption Voucher received. Limit one (1) request per household address. Submitted Goodwill Redemption Vouchers will become the property of WUSN and will not be returned. Offer Entities are not responsible for difficulty accessing the internet, service outages, delays, computer or other technological difficulties. Offer Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Offer.

Participants responding to this Offer agree to hold the Offer Entities, their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and their respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims, liability or damages arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance and/or use or misuse of this Offer.
